Conditions for Returns, Reshipping, or Assistance

We will promptly resend your product or provide appropriate assistance under the following specific circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged due to transit.
  • The product is lost during transit.
  • The customer receives a different product than what was detailed in the order.
  • The product is continuously held or detained in customs.

Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders must be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this 12-hour window, the order may have already been processed or shipped, and cancellation is no longer possible. Outdoor Compass reserves the right to deny any cancellation requests made after this period.

Shipping Timelines

We aim to process and ship all confirmed orders within 12–24 hours of payment. Please note that logistical constraints or peak periods may occasionally cause delays.

Address Changes

Requests for shipping address modifications must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be guaranteed after this time, and any subsequent reshipping required due to an incorrect address will be at the customer's expense.

Shipping Restrictions

If we are unable to ship an order to the specified destination country or location due to courier restrictions, customs limitations, or other external factors, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Delivery Failures

If the shipping provider is unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect/incomplete address or the unavailability of the recipient, we may offer reshipment using an alternate courier. This option may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Product/Variant Changes

Once an order has been placed, product variants cannot be changed. Customers who wish to switch variants must cancel the original order (if within the 12-hour cancellation window) and place a new order.

Outdoor Compass is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as customs procedures, natural disasters, or courier service disruptions. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be supplied to the customer for follow-up with the carrier.

Return confirmations typically take no longer than 2 days. Once confirmed, we swiftly dispatch the replacement product.

Reshipping Commitment

We are committed to correcting the situation and will promptly resend the same product. There will be no additional charge for the product itself.
